The Jessie Ball duPont Fund, and Leadership Jacksonville are co-hosting public forums that use a locally-developed issue guide (written by R. Gregg Kaufman), How Should We Convey the History of Jacksonville? Monuments, Parks, & People.

Forums are being hosted by the Baptist Health/Wolfson Children’s Hospital Tipping the Scale Adolescent Mentoring program, University of North Florida Osher Life Long Learning Institute (OLLI), Leadership Jacksonville, and the Jessie Ball duPont Fund among other hosts in February, March and April, 2018.

A final report will be prepared for the Jacksonville City Council by May 1, 2018. This historical legacy issue is the first in a series of civil discourse events being planned by a collaborative of nonprofit organizations.
