Sumter, SC is participating in the "A Hidden Common Ground" initiative throughout the year beginning with a deliberative dialogue "non-partisan" forum on Health Care on February 29th, South Carolina's Democratic Primary day. Hosted by two Sumter non-profits: Clean Slate Reentry Program and the Citizens Center for Public Life, the forum will be held from 1:00 pm till 3:30 pm at the Barr Learning Center, located at 207 North Main Street, Sumter, SC 29150.
